offer installation, service, and maintenance, for various types of new
construction and remodel projects. Project types range from commercial
buildings, restaurants, and wineries, to custom homes and standard

- Valid CA Drivers License and clean DMV.
- Knowledge of mechanical tool use and safety precautions.
- Able to fit & work in tightly confined spaces.
- Comfortable working on ladders & at tall heights.
- Speak, read, & write English fluently.
- Punctual, dependable, organized, & efficient.
- Motivated, responsible, & self-sufficient.
- Able to multi-task, & think & plan ahead.
Currently hiring for Project Manager and Entry Level Installer:
Lead Installer:
Oversee and delegate daily tasks on job site, daily planning, efficient
use of materials & labor, coordination with our office, client &
other trades, and quality control.
Entry Level Installer:
Training & hands-on experience for an energetic and motivated
individual looking to pursue a career in the HVAC industry. Must be
awake & alert, able to follow instruction, and ready to learn.
Previous experience is not required, but must have basic knowledge of
mechanical tool use and safety precautions.
