All barns comes with 1 service door a sliding door or a frame out for a garage door. All buildings come with a 1 year construction warranty from the builder and #1 painted metal with a limited lifetime warranty with 20 colors to choose from. If you need a taller building than what is listed we can go as tall as 20 feet with them. We use treated 6x6 post spaced every 10 ft apart, we put a 2x6 treated band around the bottom so if you ever want to do concrete it is set up for it. We use 2x6 pine on our sidewalls and gable ends for all the wall metal to fasten to. At the top we use a double 2x6 header one on the inside and one on the outside for the trusses to sit on. We use premanufactured trusses with 90 mph wind load, they are spaced every 5 ft apart. On top of the trusses we use 2x4s spaced every 2 ft apart for the roof metal to fasten to. We use 2x4 rat run braces on the top of the bottom chord of the trusses, then we attach a kick brace at the top of the gable end running at a angle to the next truss attaching to the rat run brace.
