3500 sq ft only $125, ( when you figure sq ft, remember to figure in
garage, 300 sq ft per car garage ) it does not matter 1 or 2 story
every 500 sq ft over 3500 is $25, same price for everyone
example: 4000 sq ft **** 3500 + 500 = $150
