Installing wood flooring ($3.75 up to $4.95) A Sq ft.
depending on what type of flooring. and Sq Ft. Buy more! pay less!!.
Sanding and refinishing from ( 2.50 up to $3.95) A Sq ft. two to Four Coats~! No Less.
depending on your floors and the Sq ft. More flooring? less $ per Sq ft.
Less flooring? more $ per Sq ft. or by the hour if under 500Sq ft.
Staining wood floors ( .75 cents up to .95 cents) All depending on Product
and light or dark stains? the Darker you go, the more it will cost you.
(((ANY AND ALL JOBS UNDER 500 SQ FT.))) We charge for our hourly labor + the cost
of any and all materials and all expenses, gas/travel/insurance etc., A
full crew of guys will cost $125.00 An hour. 1/2 a crew would cost
$95.00 An hour. One or two guys would cost $85.00 An hour. This is our
Labor Rate only for any jobs under 500 Sq ft. for our workers/men. or
less than 6 hours of work.
EWF company Policy:
A ONE TIME SERVICE 'CALL OUT FEE' OF ($20.00) IS DUE AT TIME OF ESTIMATE.
The $20.00 call out Fee is only refundable when you sign and date our contract that locks
in the work your looking to have done. We alway's (meet or beat) any other prices you may
get in writing up to 5% off our labor rates only. Our Material prices do not get discounted.
