    This company (other name Kelvin Services) is RIP OFF! I found it on Craigslist.org. On 01/14/19 I called #703-395-7418. "Jay" came to my house the next day. He worked on the heating unit for about 15 minutes, said he fixed everything and it should work properly now. He asked for $200 cash and I paid him, which was a big mistake. After he left, I realized that the heating problem still there, nothing changed.
    I called him several times, he said he will come to check it again, but never showed up. Now he doesn't pick up the phone, doesn't respond to my messages. I will file a police report.

    on 5/418 we called this number 703-395-7418 and someone by name Jay answered and seemed polite and professional. Our AC didn't start so he came as expected - seemed to be polite and nice. However soon the way he was opening the unit and body language indicated that he had no clue if he is dealing with cooking stove or AC unit. I left him alone for a while and got worried he is fiddling with the wires.

    Finally he gave up and left. To be honest he didn't charge $39 fee for site visit. Here is the issue. He left the unit open, Fuse removed and promised will be back later. We scheduled for today (Saturday 5th). Called him several times and texted and no response. Called from the office number and he picked up -- first sign of fraud!. He was polite and finally admitted he is not comfortable to work on the unit.
