My name is Mel and I am a Certified and fully Insured Personal Trainer. I
have over ten years of experience in fitness, specializing in fitness
foundation and performance enhancement.
Working with a personal trainer is definitely an investment, and one of
the most important aspect of training is connecting with your trainer.

training session. This time together will provide you with the
opportunity to learn more about me, my methods, my training philosophy,
and will enable you to make the most informed decision possible.
During this initial consultation/assessment, I will gather all of the
information necessary to lay the foundation for a fun and effective
fitness program. Whether your goal is sports-specific training,
