For those joining the Challenge, we suggest two shakes a day or two bags
a month (Shape Kit). We lost our weight using ViSalus and drinking two
shakes a day. Although we have lost the weight we wanted to lose, we
still drink one shake a day for the vitamins. We drink it for breakfast
and often forget to eat lunch until 2:00 in the afternoon because we
