Our client has hired us to assist in their search for an Assistant Construction Project Manager/Project Engineer who has experience in assisting on design-build construction projects from inception to completion where the focus is on developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supporting construction project managers, creating change orders, purchase orders, subcontracts, estimating, and purchasing, etc.
- Preconstruction planning
- Assisting with estimates
- Subcontractor selection and buy out
- Scheduling
- Submittal review
- Implementation and administration of all phases of the project
- Project close-out
- Must work with the PM and field superintendent in order to ensure that project objectives are accomplished.
