Pacific Homeworks, Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our corporate office in Torrance. Applicants must be able to multi task and handle a VERY fast paced environment, including: a multi-line phone system, heavy data entry, heavy foot traffic, filing, and general daily support for our Administrative staff. Requirements include a minimum of 2years work experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Quickbooks. We are looking for someone who is punctual,reliable, a fast learner, can work independently but also in a team environment, has excellent customer service skills, and wants to grow with the rapidly expanding company. College degree is a plus.
