Receptionist/Office Administrator position available.
In The Ditch is an innovative, fast paced, energetic company looking for
a receptionist / office administrator. We are looking for someone who
is going to bring some excitement and energy to our new facility. The
applicant would meet and greet our customers, support our Sales Staff,
and help with office administration. We are looking for an energetic,
charismatic individual who wants to help our company grow while having
fun at the job. The duties of the position include answering calls,
providing excellent customer service, forwarding customers to correct
departments, distributing and sending faxes, distributing mail, and
creating flyers and labels. Applicant also must have a sociable
personality to meet with our customers and make them feel welcome.
Applicant needs to have solid computer skills with Microsoft office,
such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. We need someone who takes pride in
their work, and who is fun to be around.
Hours would be Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wages range from
$12.00 to $14.00 an hour depending on experience and what you can
contribute to our company. We offer matching I.R.A Contributions, paid
holidays and a great work environment. We also offer leadership classes
every week and provide a clear path to advancement.
