Digifabshop is a digital fabrication and architectural woodwork company specializing in commercial interiors, residential cabinetry, custom furniture and art fabrication.

We are seeking a Production Projects Lead to coordinate and head our shop floor production work and employees.

We are looking for a candidate who is dependable and dedicated, highly organized, detail oriented, enjoys woodworking and has management experience. The candidate will be the bridge between our project managers and a crew of 5-10 people on the shop floor, so effective and efficient communication is a must. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor is crucial as well.

Job Purpose
* Manages architectural woodwork manufacturing process by planning production, maintaining quality control standards, improving methods and supervising, facilitating and working alongside staff.

Duties
* Meets production goals by supervising manufacturing timelines and quality standards.
* Meets financial standards by monitoring efficiency and waste throughout production process; implementing corrective actions.
* Accomplishes human resource objectives by scheduling, training, and overseeing employees; communicating job expectations, appraising job contributions, resolving conflicts and adhering to policies and procedures.
* Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
* Maintains production inventory and supply levels; anticipating material shortages and stock item quantities needed.
* Enhances personal job performance by exploring opportunities to accomplish new tasks and add value to workplace accomplishments.
