Looking to fill a Full- time Dispatcher position/ Customer Service Agent. Job Duties to include (but not limited to) dispatching technicians to service appointments. Notifying/ Delaying/ Rescheduling customers as needed. Data entry, light clerical work, office duties. Taking inbound calls to schedule service appointments. Also outbound calling to existing customer base to schedule appointments per service contracts (warm calls), as well as follow ups on existing service appointments. Looking for someone who is self motivated, organized, a Multi-tasker! Individual needs to be able to handle high pressure situations with ease. Looking for team players as well as someone who is Computer Savvy! Need someone who exude's confidence & positivity! Dispatching experience preferred, but not necessary. Rotating Holidays & Weekends are required. Looking for someone who can make a long term commitment to a swing shift, hours from 12pm-9pm Tuesday - Saturday (Shift Differential).
