Candidates must easily be able to interact with residents and guests in a confident, courteous, and pleasant manner. Strong computer literacy and multitasking are essential. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, thoroughness, and an "it's my pleasure" attitude.

Adding an extra touch of comfort, convenience, and luxury, a Tillinger's Concierge exceeds resident expectations by executing Signature Service. A Tillinger's Concierge is responsible for the overall satisfaction of residents and guests by offering warm and friendly assistance, providing convenient amenities, and executing daily tasks in accordance with resident requests and within property operation guidelines.

Qualified candidates should:
• possess a wealth of knowledge about the area of which the property is located (ie. restaurants, transportation, activities, etc.).
• take great pride in their appearance, their service role, and Tillinger's commitment to service excellence.
• have outstanding communication skills -- from professional writing to eloquence of speech and body language.
