Local IT business is seeking an Accounting Administrator to add to their
team. This position requires a 4 year degree and at least 3-5 years
experience in a administrative setting. Candidates must also have strong
background in Excel and Quick-books. Seeking someone who can view a
project and can assess and understand the "big picture" from an overall
perspective.
Duties for this position include:
- Creating and updating reports in Excel
- Project tracking and assessment
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Collecting time sheets from consultants
- Bookkeeping duties as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential material
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong work ethic and desire to make a difference
