The Dinex Group, the restaurant group of internationally acclaimed Chef
Daniel Boulud, is hiring for DANIEL BOULUD BRASSERIE, opening this
spring at the Venetian Hotel.
The ideal candidates will have substantial restaurant experience and
have an in depth knowledge of French cuisine, wine and service
standards.
The Host/Hostess is the first and last point of contact with the guest
and is responsible for greeting, seating and saying goodbye to guests as
well as maintaining the flow of the restaurant during service. He/she
will also take and confirm reservations over the phone, retrieve
messages and return phone calls in a clear, concise and accurate manner.
The Busser is responsible for preparing the dining room for service,
table maintenance and contributing to the general flow of the
restaurant. The Busser is the backbone that keeps the restaurant working
by performing duties such as polishing glassware and cutlery, preparing
the bread station as well as setting up and maintaining the coffee
station during service, among other tasks. He/She should have the
ability to provide the highest standard of service, superior
communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational
skills and the ability to handle a high volume environment.
