A little bit about our process and equipment.
Upon the arrival of the laptop, we use a humidity analyzer tester and
put the motherboard on our Honoton R392 and "bake" the boards until the
moisture is completely out of them. Attempting a repair with moisture in
motherboards can cause more issues than there previously were. After
that we use the proper reball profiles to reball the boards using
KingBo flux. We also use an inspection scope to further inspect the
boards.
Afterwards the board is cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner to remove all
the excess flux and dirt from the board, which could cause problems if
it's not properly cleaned and removed.
Once the board is cleaned and finished on the station, we apply thermal
compound / thermal pad to the chips and reassemble the board to insure
that it's working and 100% fully functional.
(With the reballing, we use leaded solder balls).
We have a lot of other equipment and stencils for almost every graphics
chip out there so there's usually no need for us to order any parts,
that is unless the chip is bad or if it's a rare stencil that we don't
have.
The process usually takes anywhere from 1-4 hours, depending on the
issues your laptop is suffering from. Turn around time is fast, usually
within 24-72 hours, depending on how many laptops we have in at the
moment.
Everything is done on anti-static mats and anti-static protocol is always used.
We go the extra mile for our customers and do our best to make sure you're satisfied with the repair.
If new parts are needed then we will contact you with the prices and discuss how you want to proceed.
We are highly trained, certified, and very experienced. We will do our best to get your unit up and running again.
We have a 99% success rate but not everything is repairable, but we will
do our best to avoid having to replace your logic board.
If we can't fix your problem, you pay nothing.
We do other repairs like your standard virus removal, tune-ups, etc. You
name it, we can most likely do it. Give us a call or text us at (850)
426-7013 or (850) 341-0499 and we'll do our best
to take care of it. We've seen almost every problem under the sun so
feel free to ask us if you have any questions.
No heat guns, towels, or hair dryers are used in our repairs, professional equipment only.
