beginner to intermediate to elite level competitors. This program allows
you to adapt at your own pace, while encouraging you to further develop
your athletic potential in a responsible but efficient manner. Baseline
measurements are recorded and then re-assessed at regular intervals to
allow you to objectively monitor your progress. Unique training methods
