FDA COMPLIANCE
Under FDA (Food and Drug Administration) regulations, all domestic and foreign
companies that
manufacture,
package, label or hold food, medical device, drug and cosmetics
products, including those involved
with testing,
quality control, and distribution
in the U.S, must be
registered, with very few exceptions.
The FDA Registration
Number is used to process customs documentation and Prior Notice (PN)
to FDA.
All
shipments without FDA Registration Number and Prior Notice Confirmation Number, will be DENIED
ENTRY by the U. S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Avoid costly Detention Without Physical Examination
(DWPE) by FDA.
