remotely via video conferencing, phone, or email to assist in creating a
basic diet, exercise, and/or lifestyle modification plan that will
boost your metabolism, aid your sleep, and create a healthier you.
I am pricing this service at $25 and included is:
A home-based exercise plan tailored to your interests, abilities, and desire
Diet strategies that don't limit you to the dreaded "named" diets
Stress reduction techniques
A six-week follow up to re-assess and re-evaluate to guarantee that you
are a happy client and getting the most out of our transaction
