of private practice.

All the services are located in the West Wing of Shands hospital in
Gainesville. There is a fee of $105 for the comprehensive exam (spans
2-3 appointments), which includes all data collection (which is
everything from measuring bone levels and physical exam to making stone
cast models of the mouth and so on) which is needed before any treatment
is started. At the end of this comprehensive oral exam, a treatment
plan will be given to you with the prices of each procedure, this plan
will address any needs that we see require attention. Also, there if a
full set of X-rays was not taken within the past year, we will need to
get them done, which is an additional $75 fee.
