Heart & Soul Pinoy, 420 East Main Street Mt Sterling (next to the former location of the old police department) is a Hope and a Dream of me, Dave Kash and my wife Ivy Kash (originally from the Philippines). Offering a great selection of both American and Filipino, (Pinoy), foods our desire was to bring something a little different to the area. I am very proud to say that our foods are delightful in taste as well as unique in flavor. Our hours are Tuesday thru Thursday 11:00 AM till 9:00 PM and 11:00 AM till 12:00 AM Friday and Saturday.
We have now started Toot and Shoot. You pull up front and "Toot" and we'll "Shoot" out and get your order.
