DO NOT USE THIS PAINTER!! Mark will make a different excuse everyday to not work a full day. He is not careful about getting paint on the floors, lies paint cans on furniture, and in general is careless. The quality of the work is shotty and he wants to be paid in cash so as not to have to claim the income. I tried to be nice and hire him, but it was a mistake and I wish I hadn't done it.
