I am an attorney with 30 years experience and over 30 jury trials and
hundreds of arbitrations and meditations. I have been licensed in the
state of Nevada for 30 years, but, right now my license is suspended for
non-payment of Bar dues and CLE fees. Times have been tough. I face no
discipline other than the non-payment of fees.
