I do pretty much everything. If you need something built, fix, or added, I am pretty good with carpentry and wood work. I have built decks, porches, docks, Etc. I do a lot of work with drywall. I also do a lot of painting inside and outside of homes. I also do a lot of electrical work, low voltage and high voltage. I do a lot of plumbing as well, from fixing that drip to installing septic systems and running new lines. I work with most appliances. I also pick up appliances that no longer work anymore or you just don't want it anymore. I also demo buildings and remove junk off properties. I do a lots of work in air condition and heat. I am a certified heating ventilation and air condition tech residential and commercial, also EPA certified.

If you're an apartment complex I also do contract maintenance.

Like I said I do pretty much anything and everything, if you don't have the money to pay, I also do work for trade. All you have to do is give me a call and we will work out a deal. I am an easy person to deal with.

Pricing depends on the job. Trade depends on the item of trade. (cars, trucks, trailers, junk metals, heavy equipment, generators, electric cars, electric motors, or boats) They can be working or not. On trade might do depending on the item. Hourly is base from 100 to 200 the first hour, 50 to 100 each hour after. Depends if it is residential or commercial.
