  New roof was put on September 2016. Here we are 18 months later and I have water pouring inside down the sides of 2 chimneys, huge puddles in my mudroom, and who knows what kind of water damage going on in my attic. Brad was supposed to come out and fix mudroom and chimney issues weeks ago. After 1 reschedule and a no-call no-show he is no longer responding to me. I will be bringing my attorney up to speed this week. I am still well within the time frame of my "5 year warranty on all workmanship".

  Hi homeowners, if you're looking for an unlicensed contractor please call me. I have several complaints against me and I've been sued a few times, but if you need work done quickly and possibly not well, please give me a call. I might not finish the job and run off with your money but I've warned you in advance.
  
  My roof was replaced, more work was done than requested and when the contractor was questioned he threatened to walk off the job with it 1/2 done. My roof leaks, I've left multiple messages with no return calls. BEWARE!!!
