Preventative maintenance includes cleaning the coils, check freon levels, clean evaporator coil (if accessible), clean blower components, add algae treatment to the drainage system, check voltage and amperage of unit, replace filters when provided by customer or we can bring proper filter if given proper size, lubercate any fan motors or moving parts if needed.
