~Communications Services - provide communications between members
regarding monthly calendar of events, monthly bulletin, and membership
roster
~Accounting and Financial Services - day to day bookkeeping, billing
and collection of dues, meeting fees and other money, preparation of
checks, bank statement reconciliation, etc.
~Meeting/Event Planning and Management - negotiate with facilities for
meetings/conferences, distribute promotional mailings, meeting
notices, agendas and meeting materials, organize golf outings, fishing
tournaments and other events
~Board Meeting Management - prepare and distribute meeting minutes and ensure follow-through on action items
~Planning and Policy Development - assist board members with goal setting and strategic planning
~Sponsorship - assist with creating and managing a sponsorship program
to increase awareness of organization and to generate funds
~Marketing services also available including flyers, brochures,
powerpoint presentations, press releases, newsletters, web maintenance,
social media, etc.
