We, if there's a puddle in your hallway then you have an obvious problem.
But slab leaks aren't always so obvious.
Sometimes it's just a warm spot spot in the floor, an excessive water bill
or a mysterious increase in mold and mildew that can tip you off to a
problem with a burst pipe under the foundation.

jackhammer the foundation, fix the problem and put everything
