I paid Reggie / Charles Newman II $1500 for the materials to repair a small roof, add gutters, and replace a window. Unfortunately he cashed the check out and never did any work and now will now answer his phone. I filed a police report and the officer said he has a history of "home improvement scams". I found an elderly couple in the next town over that he took $1700 from and never did any work. This company operates under the name of RN Home Repair.
