  Called these people on 4 August 2017 because my clothes dryer was malfunctioning. They first determined that the blower fan was faulty. Then discovered that the fan was a permanent part of its motor. Paid them money to replace the unit. Three days later, unit was installed, but didn't work. Now the switch was bad. (The switch worked fine earlier. During fan installation, a short was caused that flipped the dryer breaker.) Now more money to pay for the switch (four times what it ws worth). Today, it has been fifteen days since the first call. The dryer tub has been sitting in the kitchen and the dryer front panel disconnected all this time. My repeated texts and phone calls usually go unanswered. I'm being totally ignored. Apparently, this "company" doesn't have funds to purchase parts nor the time to install them. The few times I've received a response, it has been lame excuses that are obviously outlandish. So far, I've been bilked out of $380 and still have no dryer. I could have bought one for less. Off to the Magistrate's Office I go. BEWARE!
