    This place could be very habit forming. I loved talking with the (my) massage therapist and she was very willing to listen to my never ending diatribe. I workout at the gym 2-3 hours every day; includes weight lifting and elliptical, so although I've considered a massage over the years, I've actually never had one. My workout the next day after my massage was improved; muscles were lose and much of the previous pain had been eliminated. I can see getting a message at least once a week.
