Why do Bad Gorillas charge flat rates for our repair service?
We charge flat rates because computer repair is easy for our
experienced gorillas and never takes very long, and because we like to
make things easy for ourselves and our clients.
Our flat rates cover all labor, whether it takes five minutes or five
hours. The only extra fees are for parts or field services . . . ever.

complex and time-consuming than expected, that's our fault, and we do
not pass any extra costs onto the customer.
How long does it take?
We have three ways of getting things done: Drop Off Service in our
Speedway shop, Field Service in your home or office, and we offer Remote
Repairs in limited cases. The average repair takes one hour and forty
minutes in my shop, and two hours in the field. Remote Repairs can last
from two to twenty-four hours.
We feel that we offer the best service from our home turf, when
clients drop their computer off for repair. We have all of our tools and
resources available here. Our drop off system allows us to guarantee a
24 hour turnaround on all PC repairs in our shop, excluding time to
procure parts. We guarantee a 48 hour turnaround for Mac and Commercial
machines. We cannot make any time guarantees for field service.

General Service for PC Laptops & Desktops - $50 per machine
PC Laptop Screen Replacement: $50 & you bring the screen
PC Touchscreen and Mac Laptop Screen Replacement: $100 & you bring the screen
General Service for Mac Laptops & Desktops - $100 per machine
General Service for Windows Based POS & Servers - $200
Data Recovery - $50 per disk or USB device
At Your Home or Business:
General Service for PC Laptops & Desktops - $50 per machine + $20 per hour
General Service for Mac Laptops & Desktops - $100 per machine + $20 per hour
General Service for Windows Based POS & Servers - $200 + $30 per hour
Home Networking Diagnosis & Configuration - $100 + $20 per hour
Office and Commercial Networking - $80 per hour
* General Service includes everything from virus removal, file
backup, and hardware replacement to full wipe and reload and more* You
will be billed drive time for field services * We DO NOT replace tablet
or smartphone screens *
