  Mr Thomas White is my Super Hero! My husband and I were stressed out. We close on our flip Friday and the inspector said we had to vent the microwave into the attic and out the roof. This would cost about triple the microwave cost. Thomas told me it has not been done that way since the 90's. clearly the inspector didn't have a clue. The Code Inspector did not have an issue but the buyers inspector thought it needed to be done. No wonder nobody had a clue what I was talking about. I spend the whole day on the phone trying top solve this and nobody knew what I was talking about. Then I discovered Mr White. He not only set me straight, he was nice enough to send me the specs that were applicable to my application. GA REIA needs to know about this guy. I won't forget him during this stressful time.
