I am based in Norwalk and service Fairfield County. Whether you are just starting out or you are an
experienced exerciser, I can design an individual program and
motivate you to achieve your individual fitness goals.Â
My experience in the Health and Fitness Industry
exceeds 15 years, including studio and in-home training. I hold a
certification through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and
AED/CPR through American Red Cross.
I can come to you or
you can come to me. If you have equipment it's a plus but
absolutely not necessary- I will have everything that we need. I
