I have been in business for decades. My prices are mid-range. A low overhead allows me to pass savings on to customers, with the best service and skills available. My prices have not gone up in 10 years. I have given myself numerous raises by increasing my efficiency and, hence, my speed.

I scrub your windows by hand, squeegee with a towel following under the squeegee so the dirty water does not run onto siding or stucco. I wipe the tracks so future water does not collect dirt that is left in the tracks and further stain stucco. I also wipe down window frames and sills.

I am a carpenter and also do renovations, painting, and "handy-man" jobs. I do all parts from framing to finishing, and guarantee superb workmanship. I learned from old-school tradesmen. My rates are low and I do the work personally.

Summers I build decks and fences, all this in addition to washing windows, cleaning gutters, and making roof repairs.

Before you listen to a salesman tell you that you need a new roof, call me for an inspection. I tell you honestly and take pictures. I am NOT a roofer so there is no conflict of interest. My fee for a simple inspection is $40 dollars. Often all that is needed is that the ridge cap needs to be replaced.
