Repair, renew, replace, restore...fix most anything, JUST ME, 10 trades, all tools and parts.
Last week I began servicing PELLET STOVES at 3 locations. Many safety
devices and dusty hot exposure require my detailed diagnostic checkup
and avoidance of pricey local retail services, for homeowners with
$1500-2000 investments. Savings on utility bills plus frontier comfort
at the glowing ceramic logs.
I also invested in a large Sewer Rooter machine, for anyone with clogged
drains. More learning for me, but greater savings...as backups always
occur on weekends. Toilets must be flushed asap.
Here are some of the projects I have done in my 7 years in Cheyenne...

Free estimates ...sometimes the time and travel versus the size and
probabiltiy of a contract do not match. A written agreement is required,
and a deposit for materials and some labor. I include this information
for most who call me expect taxi speed and payment on payday. We will
be professional...both of us. Call me first to see if we can make a
deal. I also barter, on occasion.
