    Called Friday 9-21-18 to request estimate on two roofs and set up appointment to meet Tuesday, 9/25/18 at 9am. No show, no call. Called company said she would find out what happened. Once again, no call back.

    I would be wary of a company that can't meet it's obligations, especially when the obligation is just coming out to estimate 2 jobs. If they can't estimate the jobs and make it to their appointments on time (or at all) I would be worried about start and finish dates on any work contracted.

    Thank you for wasting my entire morning waiting on you and not even having the courtesy to get back with me and tell me why.
