Carpet Cleaning:
Prices start at .25 cents a square foot ( that's about $25.00 for a small room (99.00 minimum) for a basic cleaning to .55 cents for really dirty heavily stained carpets. I give discounts on whole house carpet cleaning.

Tile and Grout Cleaning.
Prices start at .30 a square foot for basic cleaning and .50 for restoration.
Sealing tile and grout is .20 a square foot.

I do a 5 step process:
1. Vacuum
2. Pre-Spot and Spray Carpet
3. Agitate Carpet
4. Steam Clean
5. Rinse

"Allen worked very hard to clean both my carpet and extensive tile throughout my house.
He even pulled out my washer and dryer and refrigerator and cleaned out the gross stuff behind it.

"I hired this company for two things: 1. Carpet repair and 2. steam clean my entire house. After completion of the work I was 100% satisfied with everything! This company uses a very professional steam cleaning machine that heats up the cleaning solution very hot to dissolve all the embedded
dirt. Also the patch was Berber carpet which is very difficult to match but they made it almost invisible to see the seams. I'd recommend this company to anyone. They also were very punctual which is important to me. Pricing was also very competitive; need I say any more?"
