    I paid Joe $400 for a job he didn't complete. He stopped returning my calls and texted. I had used him multiple times in the past for rental properties with out an issue. I never found his pricing the best rates but he was available on short notice. I wasn't going to be available to pay him when he finished the job. He offered to collect money later. My fault I paid him up front. Never heard from him again.
