Whether you have attorneys or not Mediation should be your first choice in divorce and parenting matters. My fee is $150 per hour, and most divorces with kids runs around three hours to complete. I provide court approved forms, which are filled out, providing mediation services on issues where there is disagreement or uncertainty. Once you've completed the necessary documents I provide notary service and make all the copies. The court will charge a filing fee of $137.

No legal services are offered or available; most of my clients do not have attorneys, however it is recommended that professional legal and financial advice be obtained. As a mediator I am a neutral party who has a doctorate degree and decades of experience helping to facilitate and maximize communication in broken relationships.
